These terms cover your use of this website and of the phone, text, and booking systems Omen AI, LLC ("Omen AI," "we") operates for itself and for its business clients. Clients of Omen AI are governed by their signed service agreement; where the two differ, the service agreement controls. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Omen AI Messaging Program
Program name: Omen AI Messaging. Omen AI sends transactional, non-marketing customer-care text messages.
- Messages include requested customer-care responses, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, booking information, and support follow-up.
- You opt in by checking an unchecked SMS consent box on a booking or intake form we operate, by sending us a text message first, or by giving us explicit permission that we record before sending. Calling us, booking an appointment, or submitting a form without checking the consent box does not enroll you in text messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You must be 18 or older to opt in.
- Promotional messages require separate express consent and are not sent under this program.

AI receptionist
Calls to numbers we operate may be answered by an automated AI receptionist. It will tell you it is an AI if you ask. Calls may be recorded or transcribed after required notice and consent where applicable. The AI does not give legal, medical, or financial advice. When the AI books an appointment, the appointment is created on the business's calendar at that time. To change or cancel it, contact the business or reply to the confirmation you receive.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services, book a consulting call, or opt in to the Omen AI Messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide.
Acceptable use
Do not use our website or systems to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, to interfere with the service, or to collect information about other users.
Intellectual property
The website, the AI agent designs, prompts, workflows, and system configurations are owned by Omen AI, LLC. Clients receive a license to use them for the term of their service agreement.
Disclaimers
The website and services are provided as is. Omen AI does not guarantee any business outcome, booking rate, or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, Omen AI's liability for any claim related to the website or services is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
